Summer 2024 Project: Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) CPCD
In the summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Career and Professional Development Center (CPCD) at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) to create an interactive and engaging learning experience for current students. I designed a comprehensive online course within Brightspace (D2L), tailored specifically to help students navigate their career development journey. This course covers essential topics such as job search strategies, resume writing, interview techniques, and professional networking, providing students with the tools they need to successfully transition from academia to the workforce.
In addition to the student course, I developed a dynamic Articulate Storyline module aimed at alumni. This interactive resource, which was published directly on the university's website, offers practical advice and step-by-step guidance on career-related topics. The Storyline module is designed to empower alumni by equipping them with the latest job search strategies and professional tips to advance their careers.
Both projects were crafted to deliver critical, real-world information in a user-friendly format, ensuring that students and alumni alike have easy access to the resources needed for career success.

IUP Career and Professional Development Center: Career Readiness Tools
The Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) aimed to enhance career readiness for students, faculty, and staff by launching a comprehensive D2L Brightspace Career Readiness tool. The platform was designed to provide resources and guidance for faculty and staff to effectively support students in their career development.
In addition to this initiative, I was hired to develop an Articulate Storyline-based career management and professional development site for IUP's alumni, students, faculty, staff, and community members. The site serves as an interactive resource, offering practical tools for career growth, job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.
This project was part of my graduate practicum as an Instructional Design student, under the guidance of Kelsey Thompson, Associate Director of the CPDC. I had the privilege of leading the design and development efforts for this impactful resource, delivering a user-friendly, accessible experience for the IUP community.
